How To Process Returns

  1. Contact us by email at yoonhaoh77@gmail.com with the subject line as below, including the item(s) you would like to return for a refund.

  1. After receiving a confirmation email from one of our assistants, please send the package to our return address as directed.

※ NOTICE ※

Please note that all expenses incurred by not confirming the following matters are borne by the customer.

  • Unconfirmed packages will not be available for refund. Please make sure to send us a return request by email before sending the package.

  • Please note that customs clearance may be difficult for international returns, and in the event of any of the following situations, the process may be delayed for a long time or the package may be returned again.

  1. If the number of products sent is different from the list of products confirmed with our CS team. The number of products of different types is measured individually.

  2. If the declared price of the product is different. It must be written as the product price shown on your order information.

  3. After receiving your returned package, we will thoroughly check the items according to our return policy.

  4. Only after we have processed and confirmed your return, we will proceed with a refund. We will notify you by email.

Return Policy

  • UNOW EYEABLE will gladly accept unworn, unused products with original tags for return within 7 days from the date on which you received the package.

  • Please make sure to contact the UNOW EYEABLE CS team first before sending the package.

  • We do not accept exchanges or returns for used, damaged, or worn products.

  • Please make sure to send back all components, including packaging, in the original condition as they were received.

  • We currently do not generate return labels for international shipments. Customers are responsible for return shipments and return shipping costs.

  • Shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable.

  • If [Total Price - Price of Returning Items] is below the free shipping amount, 20.00 USD will be deducted from your refund amount. In case of pre-paid shipping fees, there shall not be any deductions from your refund amount.
